repeal of the product wore off in about four daysBellaMuffy liked thIs. She does not like much. The bag they came in seemed kind of beat up and some of the treats were crushed. My only concern is the skin. When dehydrated, the skin hardens to a plastic-like consistency. It’s a choking hazard for cats. I break apart the pieces and peel the skin away, and feed the cat under supervision. There's very little in this bag. My cat loves the flavor. I'm concerned that the super sharp edges/points of the freeze-dried salmon skin are sharp and potentially dangerous. So I take extra time to remove the skin from each treat just because I don't want to risk giving it to my cat to give her a mouth or digestive tract injury. I don't see anyone else complaining about this, so maybe I'm just being overly careful. I did find a different brand that doesn't include the sharp skin, so I'm switching away from this one.My ferret loved these. They are large chunks and don't come in crumbles like other brands. People are complaining about the air, but im a fan of it because it seems to keep the product in whole pieces. I've bought other brands and while they were maybe more full, it was hardly worth it for me when most of the product is crushed into fine chicken powder at the bottom of the bag. I buy these at least twice a month and have never been disappointed. Why is the bag so big? I got a big bag with like ten little pieces in the bottom. Goood thing it was so cheap. Seems misleading to make the bag so big with so little inside. My cat loves when I pull out the package. She only gets 1 - 2 pieces at a time. They are so light weight that it doesn't feel like there is anything in the package, but there is enough in there to make it last as a weekly treat. Obviously, the smell is very fishy, but I'm willing to put up with it for my Kitty Kat!
