Order Processing:
After submitting your order, please be on the lookout for an email with your proof. We do require an order be processed prior to requesting a proof.

Image File Requirements:
- Minimum of 72dpi, however for ideal results it is strongly recommended that your image is at 100dpi
- Dimensions no larger than 25000 x 25000 pixels
- File size no larger than 25Mb
- CMYK- JPG or PNG


Please contact us regarding a quote for custom design work. Due to the custom nature of this product all sales are final. Please note if you cancel your custom printed backdrop order after a proof has been sent, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for the custom work that has been designed.
Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days.Expedited orders can ship within 3 business days if images are sent immediately and meet all necessary requirements.

NOTE* We cannot send your backdrop to the printer until we receive an approved file and printing time cannot be expedited. Please contact us or indicate in your order notes if you need a product by a specific deadline. Whenever possible, every effort will be made to meet your delivery time request.
